At A Plus Test-Ready Prep, we believe that success begins with a deep understanding of the material. Our journey started with a simple observation: many students were overwhelmed by the HSPT, not because of their intelligence, but because they lacked a structured path to mastery. We founded our program to bridge that gap, providing a methodical approach that transforms complex concepts into confidence. Many schools don’t have room in the structured day to prepare specifically for the HSPT. Our after-school sessions give students dedicated time to see the kinds of questions they’ll face, so nothing on test day feels new or scary. We also teach them how to attack the test—how to pace themselves, manage each section, and use smart test-taking strategies like process of elimination to boost their scores.
Meet Our Tutor
Suzanne Moody has taught in Broward County for 25 years. She is certified in English for grades 6 - 12 and holds ESOL and Reading endorsements. As a mother of three young adults educated in the Archdiocese of Miami at St. Gregory the Great School and St. Thomas Aquinas High School, she understands both the classroom and the parent perspective. She began prepping her oldest daughter and her friends for the HSPT in 2009, and her program has grown since. She has prepped over 500 students successfully.
